Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We are closed on weekends. Large orders may require additional processing time. Orders are shipped from Illinois. We currently offer international shipping.

Shipping time within the United States is 2-5 business days, depending on your location. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex.

Free shipping is available on our orders.

If a package is refused, we will refund the full cost of the product once the package is returned to our location. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

Occasionally, carrier delays may occur. If you experience a delayed delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or reshipment if the package does not show as delivered within 30 days of the ship date. We do not refund or reship after 30 days have passed.

If the carrier marks the package as "Return to Sender" due to an incomplete address or any other reason, the customer will only receive a refund for the cost of the product. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping costs, and your refund will be applied after the order is returned to us.

Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to enter the address correctly on the order form. We are happy to edit the shipping address for any order that has not yet been processed for shipment, however, we are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
