4 easy steps for returns and refunds
Contact us with your order details
Send us photos of the defective or damaged item
We will ask you to return or dispose of the item
You will be refunded once confirmed
Please contact us within three days of receiving the item for a return
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it. (Not worn or used, original packaging.)
Since we do our best to package our products, there is a small chance that your package will be damaged in any way during shipping.
But the sad truth is that we don't always win.
So if the item you received is defective or damaged
If your product is defective, incorrect, not as described, or damaged, we will provide you with a free return (or we may ask you to dispose of it).
We will arrange a replacement or refund after your confirmation.
For returns, we will advise you how to send the item back, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.
Please understand that we only accept returns due to defective or damaged.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

✘Not buying the item you like

NOTE 2: This return policy applies to ARMY FIGHT TEAM LLC official sales channels, including the online store (wheatwav.com).
NOTE 3: For in-store purchases, please contact the relevant store (or third-party seller). If the seller is unable or unwilling to accept the return, please contact support@wheatwav.com for further assistance.
NOTE 4: For both robot stores and in-store purchases, returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
